A Step-by-Step Guide to the Job Application Process
Get Your Resume Ready – We require a Resume and a Cover letter in addition to a job application. When you submit a resume with your job application, it is important that your resume is well organized and polished. You also need to be sure that your resume is a match for the job you are applying for. You can upload you Resume and Application letter through this site format (pdf, jpeg, word, etc.). In addition to applying for jobs directly online, you may also send your application via email at email@example.com. In sending your application, subject should be named by your last name and desired position that you wished to apply (e.g DELA CRUZ – ACCOUNTING STAFF).
Job Application Screening – your application is likely to be screened to determine if you are a match for the job.
Employment Tests – Along with filling out a job application online, you are required to take an employment test. Some tests, called Intelligence assessments, assess your skills or even your personality to see if you are a good fit for the job and company. Some tests are conducted as part of the job application process, and others will take place further along in the hiring process, after the interview and prior to a job offer. - Time Limit – Exams are consists of IQ and Personality Test. Each type of exam has corresponding time limit. IQ Test is composed of 50 questions for 12 minutes. Personality Test has 31 questions that is good for 5 minutes. You have to read quickly each questions for you to finish the exams on time. You can access the exams through this link:

- Screenshot results after time lapse – Applicants are expected to screenshot the results of each exams (IQ and Personality Test) after they have finished asnwering it.
