Job Scope:

  • Clerical work, knowledgeable in MS Application (Word & Excel)
  • Document Filing
  • Client- contact management
  • Appointments and booking management
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
  • Handle queries via phone call or online channels
  • Handle basic information regarding operations concern
  • Escalate issue to Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor Degree of any field
  • Good in verbal and written English communication
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Computer Literate
  • Organization Skills
  • Team player
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to be trained and grow in the organization
